Sierra roasts coffee fresh, every day! Coffee is delivered to the Cafes 2 times per week to ensure that coffee is as fresh as it can be. This freshness helps our barista's deliver the perfect cup of coffee to you, everytime. Our new 45 Kilo Dietrich Drum Roaster allows us more flexibility and more consistency than we have ever had before.

Sierra House Blend
A medium to Dark roast blend.
A full flavoured combination of a variety of roasts of Kenya and Colombian beans. This blend delivers a rich, well-balanced flavour profile, combining the classic smoothness of Colombian with the lively intensity of the Kenyan beans. These qualities produce a strong, smooth espresso whose high notes travel extremely well through milk based drinks.
Sierra Organic Fair-Trade Blend
Medium Roast, a blend of Mexican and East Timor.
Mexican Chiapas produces a delicate aroma, medium body, natural chocolate flavour and bright acidity. East Timor has heavy body, is gentle and smooth and shows hints of rustic 'foresty' flavours.
Sierra Decaf
Brazilian Medium Roast.
This is a Swiss water process to reduce Caffeine, no chemicals are used in this process at all. A medium , well balanced flavor is created.
