Management consultants advise us to employ for 'fit' and train for 'skill'.
If you have the right 'fit' for us, i.e. you love looking after people, and have enthusiasm for great food and very good coffee, we definitely want to hear from you.
Sierra has detailed training systems that can help get you on track to being a star performer in one of our cafes. Training is available for employees of Sierra Cafes only.
Our Barista training in particular is robust, covering all aspects of roasting as well as the extraction process, and the art of presentation of coffee in the cup. All Barista's are required to complete this training before getting behind a Sierra Coffee machine.
